Our Mission
Eliminate the language barrier as a driver of preventable readmissions.
We deliver multilingual post-discharge engagement that protects outcomes, margins, and trust for the patients most often left behind by the standard care pathway.
ETS exists because the most expensive and most fixable failure in healthcare happens after discharge — and disproportionately to patients who don't speak English.
Our Mission
We deliver multilingual post-discharge engagement that protects outcomes, margins, and trust for the patients most often left behind by the standard care pathway.
Why we exist
Discharges happen in English. Recovery happens at home, in another language. ETS was built to make sure those two realities finally meet — with workflows hospitals can actually deploy.
A future where every patient — regardless of language — leaves the hospital understanding their plan, picks up their medication, makes their follow-up, and stays out of the ED. We believe that future is achievable, measurable, and profitable for the systems that lead it.
Why language access matters
LEP patients are more likely to be readmitted, less likely to complete follow-up, and less likely to take medication correctly. None of those outcomes are inevitable. They're a consequence of a discharge process that assumes everyone leaves understanding the same instructions.
Care plans only work when patients understand them — in the language they think in.
We measure success by avoided readmissions and patient-reported comprehension, not call minutes.
Healthcare-grade workflows, security, and reporting that integrate with how systems actually run.
We work with hospitals and health systems committed to closing the post-discharge gap.
